I am in the process of remodeling and finishing up some home improvement projects. For the last few nights, I have been busy busy busy... That's got to count for SOMETHING right?? Unfortunatly, I was so sore today from doing weights for the past 4 days and the SpaBall class last night, that today was my day off from working out! But, I'll be right there with you tomorrow
Yesterday. I bought a beginners Pilates mat workout (@30 mins long), and a Pilates Workout for weight loss (@ 1 hour). I did the beginners mat workout, and aboutthe first 10 mins of the other. WHEEW!! I am so sore! Im still very uncoordinated, but I tried to keep up.
I did the 30 min Pilates tape again this AM. It feels so good to be trying a whole new way of exercise. I actually enjoyed doing it!! Id love to try yoga (Beginners!), and they offer a class at a gym thats not too far away, so Im thinking of trying it.
