hey everyone well today was very productive. I was able to make it to the gym for an hour and about 45 minutes of it was spent doing cardio.
My mom isnt helping withm y diet at all she made my fav baked ziti for dinner otnight but at least she made it with all low fat ingredients. I had to haeva bit of it. Now i'm feeling huge because i ate it.
I'm still at 193 i gotta try my hardest seems liek the plateau is on its way
How is everyone else doing today?
