Today I tried another aerobics class at the gym! It was called Low-Impact Lifestyle.. and man was the instructor tough... At the toughest 5 mins of the class, she really kept pushing us and said if any of us stopped for water she'd make us do an extra 5 mins at the end of class in front of everyone It was great, i'm feeling really good about exercising again.... Although I couldn't get the coordination to do ALL of the moves correctly, I didn't stop moving the whole time!
Hows everybody today? All is good here! I just got home from the gym, where I did 2 miles on the treadmill. I actually JOGGED 3 tenths of that. so Im very happy! Its just a start, but still, Im happy! I also did a circut of all the machines...Im thinking that I feel up to doing my 1/2 hour Pilates tape,too!?! I may save that for later!
Hi All! I wanted to bump this up b/c I really need to track my own progress at least. I've been walking like a mad woman, and I love it!! I did only 2 miles today. It seems like everytime I try to exercise, something comes up, but I did at least get in those 2! I also swam for about an hour this afternoon, but I didnt do laps or anything like that. Any hooo, hows everyone else doing with their exercise? Does any one post in the Exercise thread that is here at 3FC? I think I'll go check that out a little.
