Gretchen--I feel the same way. Thank you for your inspiring posts!
Ivanna--At least you know it's only from TOM!
Scuttle--Congrats on the loss!
artist--I'm doing the same thing. If I had to count every little calorie, I'd not do it after the first 2 days. Congrats on your loss!
glynne--You are almost in Onederland!!! So jealous!
Dana--Congrats on your loss!
Sarah--Like I've said, at least you know it's cause TOM is here, not b/c you got attacked by a few bags of Twisted Cheetos.
Dawnyal--Congrats on your loss!
Howie, Tammy, Bella, Brooklyn, Amanda--I hope to hear good news from y'all this week, too!

As for me, I've got just my own scale here & I think it said 290 today! I think it's because I discovered fiber again. I got some high fiber cereals & have been snacking on them, and kept treats to a minimum. I "binged" on sherbet Saturday night (1/2 cup each lemon, cherry, lime & raspberry all in the same bowl. Yum. Much better than Ben & Jerry's Oatmeal Cookie Chunk).

I'm leery about changing my signature b/c every time I do, my weight goes up.

Congrats to all the losers!!!!

First and foremost, congrats to everyone for their continued success in sticking with it and/or losing. It's sounds corny since I just joined here but I'm proud of each and every one of you and I think you're great for being so supportive of each other (and now me too).

As for my weekly progress, I lost 4 lbs last week! I knew I'd probably lost the 2 for the week that is my continuing goal but 4 was great. That makes 11 lbs in the last 3 weeks. The work outs on the treadmill 5 times a week are really starting to pay off like crazy.

Oh, today is my 6 months (to the day) "anniversary" of starting my weight loss. I was glad to see success for the week on my anniversary. Yesterday was my birthday and I was kind of down so that was a huge pick me up.

My total stats are below. Thanks again for giving me a place to talk about this and being so supportive (even just in the week that I've been here).

Talk to you all soon and keep up the great work!

Okay, so I couldn't wait to weigh in... I know I'm bad! BUT... I'm down another 1lb since Friday, so my splurge on chips and chinese yesterday didn't kill me... and this means I've now met the 10lb mark! YAY!

I stayed the same. 239. I had lost a little but then screwed up for dinner on Sunday night.

Congrats to all you losing chickies......way to go!

Me, I am down 1lb.........Its kind of a significant pound for me, because it means I have just just just gone from being a 14 stone something person, to a 13 stone something person......woooooohoooooooo.

(For those of you who are baffled by the strange talk of stones, in the UK, we have this quaint way of counting pounds.....14 pounds equals one stone......so switching down a stone is always something to aim for....)

Great job Claire. I like the stone method. So I'm down 4 stones to 26 stones. Would it be proper to say 26 and a half stones or do you just round to the nearest?

Please share my excitement (yes, being my first week, I realize some of this could be water loss) but I'm down 5.5 lbs.

Onward and upward!

Hey Queen - congrats, that is a brilliant start...

Howie, aha, glad to see I have a convert to stones.....although I hope you're good at math, because counting in 7s and 14s is a bit of a feat! Nope, we don't round off, so you could say you're 26 and a half stone......we tend to use 'half stones' as a mini-goal.....its a strange old stoney world we live in!
