I go to one and I LOVE it! The main thing about it is it is only for women. You spend 30 minutes going around a circuit 3 times. The circuit consists of strength training machines along with recovery pads in between where you walk/jog/dance whatever to rest. Each station is only 30 seconds so time flies! I have been going since February and although I haven't been watching my wieght I still have lost 10 inches so I'll take it.
