That picture is EXCELLENT!! A picture truly does speak a thousand words. For those who haven't seen it, it's a sticky in the Exercise forum. Check it out.....and then prepare to want to run and lift the heaviest thing you can get your hands on!

Sarah, My weight trainer suggested my high reps and lower weight (Maybe not quite 100 reps, I just decided that was what I wanted to do) until I got rid of some blubber- it's more like a cardio workout vs. muscle building. Eventually I will lift heavier to tone the muscle. Man you are an animal with the weight training. Right now I am focusing on the cardio aspect of it until I am about 20 lbs away from goal then I am going to really hammer down. Just my own personal plan of attack..
