WW has been a Godsend to me ~ I love the "controlled freedom" that it gives you, you know, you can eat "normal", everyday foods, just in controlled amounts and portions. It's a plan that can adapt into virtually anyone's lifestyle, and I love it!
You can do it ~ just focus on accumulating those good OP days one at a time, and exercise whenever you can possibly squeeze it in and YOU WILL see results from that! Way 2 GO!!!
