When I got my salad and stepometer at McDonalds they booklet that came with it had the Presidents Challenge website at org(won't let me post a link because of spammers) Its been quite motivating this last few days though I didn't walk yesterday though I had housework to get done and was tired by the end.
I saw it when I got my salad at McD's a few days ago, but I haven't looked at the link yet.
