Gayle, Believe me as you go you have to make it enthusiastic even when you really don't want to. It is a state of mind. Even when I don't feel like doing it I think about how bad I want to loose this weight and I just do it! Try lots of new things and keep coming up with fresh new ideas for your choices in food and exercise and then you won't tend to have as many problems staying with it. I know you can do it. It's got a great payoff in the end!
If you learn from your suffering, and really come to understand the lesson you were taught, you might be able to help someone else who's now in the phase you may have just completed. Maybe that's what it's all about after all...
