I am kind of excited and hopeful. I had one of those McDonalds ~ Go Active Adult Happy Meals today. Included was a step pedometer and little booklet with a walking program. The booklet listed a web site for McDonalds ~ on there you could download a page with a step log.
My husband helped me the other day to make a food log. So, I have the food log, step log, pedometer. I have all the tools. I hope I can be a planner and doer and have some follow through.
I haven't given up ~ just seem to take a winding road to my goal. Wish me luck. Hoping my enthusiasm doesn't dwindle.
