Question I'm back with... and very meek...

Hi everyone... I've been gone awhile and am a little shy about coming back again. Will you have me? I've been good and I promise to stick around to offer others the same support you all gave to me..... PLEASE?

I was just ready to post a post identical to yours... I, too, have been gone a loooong time. But I need to come back. For me, I've found that giving support is just as important as getting support when I am trying to lose weight.

So, hopefully, the group will have me back as well

Hey they took me back they will take anyone back LOL. It's good to see I'm not alone. All though it's bad to see we don't stick with what we know works. I'm going to stay around good or bad this time.

Hi there. I want to get more involved here too. I don't realize how much I read and don't respond. In my head I'm like yeah, she (or) he did great.. What an accomplishment wow etc. etc. but I never get "verbal" (post) my thoughts. I am going to get better at that. I really need these people!

Welcome back.

Thanks for the kind "welcome backs" I am definitely happy & ready to be back...

I had my son, Patton, on November 11, 2003. He's amazing The pregnancy was pretty easy overall, but I gained A LOT of weight. I definitely took that "eating for two" saying to heart And then, after I had him, I quit working & stayed home. Well, that just gave me free access to the fridge & cupboards all day long. And I took advantage of it. And since it was winter & I had a tiny baby, I didn't get out running or doing any sort of exercise. I haven't even stepped on a scale because I am way too afraid of what the number would be. But I know I've gained a lot of what I lost back.

But, I'm back & ready to start losing weight again. I'm out of the "funk" I was in after I had Patton & I'm ready to start anew. And I'm grateful I can start again here.

Here are some of Patton's 6 month pictures. Can't believe he is already 6 months old!!!

Forgot to add that you have a beautiful son!!!

Aww he is so cute! Lots of hair!!! My kids were one of my motivation factors in this journey. Kids can be cruel and I didnt want to put them in a situation were kids would pick on them because there mom is so fat. It helped me through some tough times.
