Our tip today has to do with setting goals in your life.
Listen, we very clearly are too reactive in our lives. We wake up everyday and we respond to what the world brings us, rather than moving towards something we really want. You want to make sure in your life that you're expending effort for what you do want instead of what you don't want. It's awful easy to get into a comfort zone and before you know it, days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, months turn into years and all of a sudden it's all over.
The difference between a dream and a goal is a timeline and accountability. Make sure you don't set something that's unrealistic and that's just so out there that you're overwhelmed. Even if you're 100 pounds overweight, you don't have to lose 100 pounds today. You just have to behave consistent with an ideal bodyweight today.
