Well....I am doing the south beach diet and Dr. Phil! Ummmm...I like to tell people about the SOBE as a good carbs, good fats diet...because I am "allowed" to eats carbs (as with atkins...they are a lot more restricted even veggies) I try to stay away things with flour...and stay away from anything with sugar added in them. I also stay away from hydrogenated oils (which is in a alot of stuff
) and stay away from hugh fructose syrup. Basically I am trying to eat whole grained foods, and a lot of stuff that is unprocessed. Although, I do occationally let myself have not so SOBE friendly stuff...don't we all! Everything in moderation!
Oh yeah....I am also excercising! Big change for me....it is all about a lifestyle change....big time!
