I know that lately all the fast food chains are jumping on the diet bandwagon, whether it be low fat or low carb. That is very helpful to those of us who are on the run all day. Did you guys know that Wendy's lets you substitute salad, chili, or baked potato for the french fries in any meal?? Those are much better options and very points friendly for us on WW. I just though it was an interesting tip for you guys.

Hmmm.... now, if there was a Wendy's within.... 90 minutes of here, we'd be in business! lol. Ashland has... McDonalds, Hardees, BK (blech, gag me to those!) Taco Johns, KFC, Country Kitchen (eh. a few times a year.) and DQ and Subway (my personal faves.) And... yep, that's it for "chains." :-)
