Default Fat Grams?

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can find out how many grams of fat/calories I should be eating a day for weight loss? I'm using FitDay so now what I'm eating but I don't know what I should be eating..

Thanks,
Celina

Hi there!!

I think 30% or less is the usual thought. Fitday should be giving you your percentage, so I'd shoot for that!!

I thought this site was nifty http://www.room42.com/nutrition/basal.shtml
It gives calories, grams fat, grams carbs, grams protein for nice steady weightloss.
