Default Huge Success for me today...

Well its day 1 of the new phase in my life... And I feel very proud of myself..

Ate breakfast for the first time in 3 years, had a fruit salad..

Lunch: Small Salad w/ No Fat Ranch Dressing
Turkey Sandwich on Whole Wheat, lots of veggies & mustard only... with a DIET Pepsi...

YAYAYAYAY! I know this may not be alot accomplished as its only Day 1 but I'm super proud of myself.... Especially since our cafeteria was serving my favorite fried foods today and I took a healthy alternative.. And, I"m full not starving...

The first of many, many, many healthy days - good for you! We're looking forward to seeing less of you from now on

Well thanks to all of you for your support! Its the end of day #1 and not as bad as I thought. Here's what I've ate today after the breakfast & lunch:

Whole Wheat Spaghetti w/ Lots of Veggies in Tomato Sauce
Some Baked Doritos
6 glasses of water (accomplishment for me)
1 Glass of Grapefruit Juice

I even went to the grocery store tonight, and did my first healthy grocery shop. (absolutely no junk) and found that there's lots of healthier altnernatives to my favorite snack. Found Low-Fat/Calorie Frozen Yogourt Bars by Del Monte (instead of ICe Cream), Baked Doritos I tried for the first time and couldn't even really tell a big difference... Those are some of the few things I have found, which is great because their all things to satisfy my toughest cravings...

Now I just need to get back to the gym, which will be accomplished on Wednesday. My boyfriend is going to see Metallica so I've decided the gym will be my Night out to start back, as I'll look forward to it until then... Then, its gonna be a habit again..

YAY! Here's to seing less of me....
