Default Has anyone done walk away the pounds?

Has anyone done the Walk away the pounds tape? I love it! I was just curious to see if anyone had any loss by it or could see results.

I am also interested in your dinner planning.. I am running out of creative ideas. I have used tons of recipes off the site but looking for something quick and easy.

No experience with WATP, but I've heard good things from others.

one of my friends is doing WATP and loving it.. of course, she has a grand total of 15 pounds to lose, but she's NEVER had a weight problem and has never had to control her weight before, so she's struggling perhaps even more than those of us with lots to lose. and she's feeling stronger and healthier on top of it.

and she's lost close to 10 pounds in the past 6 weeks. a phenomenal loss for someone like her, i think.

I love it! It is a great way, in my opinion, to start excercising when you have not done it in a long time and or are a plus sized gal like me!!!! (and most of us here, since 100 pounds would put us in that catagory) Anyhoo....I have only done tape one of the set of three....and so far so good.... I also use it when I am in a rush...or really don't feel like pushing it as far as streneuos excercising!

HI, I love WATP!! I can do it and feel good doing it. When I walk regularly I can tell the difference. When I don't - I can tell the difference. DM

i have walk away the pounds for the abs. it has the 1 mile getting started 15 minute work out and the 2 mile high calorie burn 30 minute work out. i love them both!!!! they are so fun. i didn't look for any results but i wasn't doing it for the abs and i didnt do it long enough to actually see any results. right now my friend is borrowing it to see how she likes it. i think i want to get the regular program too.
