Another reason to loose this weight!!

Just heard on the news that women that gained an extra 40 pounds after high school graduation, have a 40% risk of developing breast cancer. They say that increased weight increased estrogen...which is linked to forming the "lump" and the cancer. Please do not quote me word for word, as I do not have the artcle in front of me.

Just another reason to get HEALTHY!!!!! ;)

I read that in todays paper too! Talk about scary! Makes me very happy that I have started on this road of healthy living!

We are putting ourselves so much at risk by not doing something about our weight!
