Talking I'm back on track!
Hi,

I'm so glad the forum is up again-thanks to everyone at 3FC for working so hard. I missed everyone !

I've been back on track for several days now! I had gained five pounds over the holidays (ugh!) I'm back to 199 now, and I'm so happy. Unfortunately, my back is acting up badly, and I can't exercise right now. So it's even more important to keep my eating in check.

That's great news, Sherry! I PMd you over the weekend to see how you were doing, but it got lost in the crash. I'm so glad to hear this!
