I am back! Even though I went missing in December I weighed myself religiously every day. I did not meet my goal and in fact gained weight. The holidays were crazy and I needed a break from everything, unfortunately, that meant a break from being "good" too. I ate all holiday things on my so called "vacation" but its back to work, back to life and back to my resolve. Even though I'm behind in where I'd "wished" to be by now, it doesn't change that I want to make 2018 my breakthrough year. this is the year I get back to being the me I want to be.
5lb gain from Dec. But still an overall 20lb loss since I started Sept 11th.

Goal for the day is to move all the stuff out of my fitness room so I can have access to my treadmill and other equipment... I'm trending loss which is great, but I'd like to start working out as well.

How is everyone else doing? Any goals for the weekend (other than to keep losing)?

Good luck with your exercise goals.

I have stayed on plan since getting back from my Christmas vacation, so that's good. I have gotten rid of some of the water weight.

I had my first gain. But 2 months ago, 166.6 would have been a high. I'm expecting either my TOM or... other (you know what I mean?)
I stayed up late last night binge watching Project Runway, which I love but haven't seen in a while. My cable company just released a bunch of full seasons and I dove in. Last night I ate some crackers (that I home made, 4 ingredients) with albacore tuna, and even later (like, 2 am) some prosciutto. Not sure why. Old habits. At least I got some protein in.

Today all I've had so far is one of those flat bred sandwich breads with lean turkey, muster cheese, green leaf lettuce, and some chipotle sauce for a kick. And part of a pickle that I really didn't like. Not sure what's up for dinner.

I'm pleased with my New Years start at weight loss, but most likely, it's due to water loss and cutting alcohol. I can expect to plateau soon and will have to actually use my work out room soon. Husband is back to work... so I feel less "watched"... but for me that means I can walk on the treadmill for an hour without having him see it. Somehow, I'd rather do this alone.
