I had my first gain. But 2 months ago, 166.6 would have been a high. I'm expecting either my TOM or... other (you know what I mean?)
I stayed up late last night binge watching Project Runway, which I love but haven't seen in a while. My cable company just released a bunch of full seasons and I dove in. Last night I ate some crackers (that I home made, 4 ingredients) with albacore tuna, and even later (like, 2 am) some prosciutto. Not sure why. Old habits. At least I got some protein in.
Today all I've had so far is one of those flat bred sandwich breads with lean turkey, muster cheese, green leaf lettuce, and some chipotle sauce for a kick. And part of a pickle that I really didn't like. Not sure what's up for dinner.
I'm pleased with my New Years start at weight loss, but most likely, it's due to water loss and cutting alcohol. I can expect to plateau soon and will have to actually use my work out room soon. Husband is back to work... so I feel less "watched"... but for me that means I can walk on the treadmill for an hour without having him see it. Somehow, I'd rather do this alone.
