It's been a while, but I'm back.
Hello all! I haven't been on these boards in about 4 years or so. Last time I was here I found out I was pregnant. **TRIGGER ALERT** However I lost the baby.**END TRIGGER** Since then I got back down to about 220ish by eating OK and working with a personal trainer. Then in Oct 2015 I found out I was pregnant again. My YDD was born last May. I was so sick the whole time I barely gained any weight. So I guess I decided to make up for that after, lol. I ballooned back up to 280 lbs!!
So a few weeks ago I decided to my the plunge into low carb and now I am down to 261 as of this morning!😊 I guess I'm finally headed in the right direction. It's good to be back.
