Default Make 2017 Your Goal Year! Challenge 4/8: Mother's Day until Independence Day

Hey all,

Here is the fourth of eight challenges across the calendar for 2017. I am keeping the challenge alive since SmallSteps has not been posting lately.

Here is her explanation of the Challenge: SmallSteps: I’m wondering would anyone like to join me in a yearly challenge? Now, don't panic at the thoughts of going into this from January 1st to December 31st! For me, it would be near impossible to stay focused for a full year so I have decided to split the year into 8 challenges or 8 mini targets to reach. Each challenge represents a 6-8 week time during the year.

Challenge 1: New Years Day to Valentine’s Day (January 1st to February 14th) Challenge 1
Challenge 2: Valentine’s Day until April Fools Day (February 14th to April 1st) Challenge 2
Challenge 3: April Fools Day until Mother's Day (April 1st to May 14th) Challenge 3

Challenge 4: Mother's Day until Independence Day (May 14th to July 4th)
Challenge 5: Independence Day to Labor Day (July 4th to September 4th)
Challenge 6: Labor Day to Columbus Day (September 4th to October 9th)
Challenge 7: Columbus Day until Thanksgiving Day (October 9th to November 23rd)
Challenge 8: Thanksgiving Day to New Years Eve (November 23rd to December 31st)



Weigh in days for challenges will be once a week.

1st time around lost down to 248. Hunger and cravings came back with a vengeance.
Restart Dec. 2016 at 315, with Intermittent Fasting got down to 235 by mid August, 2017.
Restart again New Years 2018 at 263.

Thank you laura! My goals from Mother's Day to Independence Day...hmmmm. Keep working on quitting Diet Coke and working towards a 14lb loss. Independence Day is 2 days after my 30th birthday and I WANT RESULTS! Good luck darlings!

Gained some weight on my mini vacation. Getting back on track now. Diet Coke still on the menu....Ugh why is drinking water so hard?!?!?! Looking through this thread at the maintenance and progress, keep it up darlings!!!

Way to go Lindifer, Day Dreamer, and Natasha!
VickiLou maintaining is just a whoosh in waiting. Stay focused and patient it will come.
kfunk and gulf this is just temporary. I know as well as the both of you that it will come off.
I must admit I am very excited to be down 2 pounds this week. My loss has slowed and I was hoping like crazy for a pound. Two down has me on cloud 9!
Let's all stay focused and move those numbers down.
