gulf hopefully it is just water weight and it will whoosh away fast! I had a TON of diet coke this weekend! My goal for the week is to get my water in, I seem to have a big problem not drinking it on the weekends!
Checking in on weigh day --- so happy to show progress after a couple weeks of up and down between the same numbers. Got my WHOOSH! Independence Day doesn't seem so far away, and I am feeling motivated to make another challenge goal. Hope everyone is doing well and keeping at it!

I a so happy to have maintained. This past week was one of my two weeks during this challenge with lots of parties jammed in. I enjoyed myself so much that I was happy to go back on plan yesterday. Maintaining is a huge confidence boost for me.

That is awesome that you were able to maintain, ubee!!! I tried to drink a ton of water throughout the week to get rid of the extra bloating! This is such a hard time of year because there are so many gatherings!
Traveling home to Louisiana and all the food this week....bracing for a gain and implementing a plan of action to reverse it. Also updating my goal from 239 to 230. It's a stretch, but I'm reaching anyway!

gulfmagnolia: I should get there... eventually. At the moment, both the scale and my body are trolling me with some lovely daily yo-yoing that is driving me crazy! I'll gain 0.5-0.7 and lose 1.3 the next day then have another gain and another loss... and I just want to break the scale... :P
