In honor of my D Day tommorrow..Moday September 1st..I am attempting to prepare my mind in a positive manner today. I was thinking that I spend sooo much time thinking about dieting/eating/losing weight..that maybe I need to also focus on being healthy..not just physically but mentally too!...
