Have you.....today?

  • In honor of my D Day tommorrow..Moday September 1st..I am attempting to prepare my mind in a positive manner today. I was thinking that I spend sooo much time thinking about dieting/eating/losing weight..that maybe I need to also focus on being healthy..not just physically but mentally too!...

    What are your.......HAVE YOU......TODAY? that can help keep us positive on the road to being healthy on a whole?

    Here are the TWO things I feel we all pretty much already do...

    #1....Ate healthy or within your lifestyle menu plan today?

    #2....Exercised today?

    but then I also ate icecream!

    it was a pretty healthy day over all.

  • Have you....drank LOTS of water today??? I find that one makes a huge difference with me, but I fail it most days.

  • Well ive exercised but overate ;( Tomorrow is the first of the month and I'm going to have a great month I can tell!

  • let's see... what did i do? protein shake ok. breakfast ok. water ok. exercise ok [90 minutes of weights and a 2 hour hike!]. lunch sort of ok, but could have been better [not enough protein otherwise nothing was wrong with it]. dinner ok.

    chocolate chip cookie??? not ok.

    two handfuls of chips?? not ok.

    <sigh>
