Hopefully dec is a better month.Nov. was not what I hoped for. Seems it goes on so fast but takes forever to get it off. What took me a few days to get off is taking months to get off.
Hi everyone! I'm back at 3FC after having baby #5- he is 3 weeks old today! I'm starting to watch my weight, trying to make healthy food choices and drink lots of water, but I'm not doing any exercise yet. Still healing from giving birth. I have no idea what to expect with this early post partum weight loss, I'm hoping that I'm still on the whoosh. I was 227.8 lbs the day I gave birth, and am down 30 lbs at 3 weeks postpartum! I have about 10 lbs to go to pre-pregnancy (with baby #5, that is) weight, but have another 60 lbs or so to get to my goal weight.
I really need to learn the discipline to tell my son and husband no!! Fajitas, then Taco Bell, two bad days, but back on track, and not totally derailed! And 3 more pounds to my last Christmas weight, which would be the first year in ages with a "net 0 gain" for the year!

Not one of my "official goals", but now at the same weight I was last Christmas, so a year with no "net gain"!!! (I just went and looked it up, was actually 209.8 on 12/24, so I had misremembered the 207 number). Yay!! It's been a couple years.
Curvy - Keep your eye on that number, you made it, now keep it there! You can do it.
Clever - Congratulations! After five kids, amazing! It took me a lot longer than that to bounce back from one, and then of course, I rebounded anyway later on. *sigh* Gonna beat it this time and keep it off though. I am too old to keep doing this, and I am telling myself I am getting smarter

That's true, CleverName, we're all SO CLOSE! Don't give up! (I say, eating cheesy beef, cauliflower and mushrooms- but it's about 2000 calories and it's my and my fiance's Christmas eve, so HOPEFULLY this will not be repeated.)
I weighed myself, saw the 195.0, and thought "I'll wait for the error message to come up." It didn't. I weighed again and again, to be sure. 195 today!
