Kittens: Congrats!! Hope to join you soon!

JellyBelly: It happens. You'll get back down!

NurseMom: Yay! We're looking forward to having you here!!!

For me, not going well. I am having such pain in my neck/back again. I still think it is a pinched nerve, but it now hurts enough that I'm going to the doctor. Whatever... I hate going, but I can't go to the gym and I'm having trouble sleeping. So, my weight is also creeping up. Lovely. Hopefully, they can give me some relief.

I'm hoping that I'm still in this group come this Monday! I have struggled a lot over the holiday, but planning to be more diligent now that it is over. I'll be weighing on Monday to get everything updated. Hope to have some goals in place by Monday, too!

I didn't come this far to only come this far.

Hi LADIES! I made it to this board! I couldn't be happier, whoop, whoop! We are having a contest at work to lose 10% of our weight by April 15th. I'm not sure that will happen for me, but, I am going to try to see how much I can lose. I'm glad to be with people for support.

I hope this new year is finding you with blessings.

Hello! I hope everyone is having a great day and sticking to their plan. I've had a couple of pound loss and am SO EXCITED that when I pass 230 pounds, I will no longer be considered "Severely Obese"! WOW! I am super psyched about getting below that.

Take care!

Sigh... well my back is better. It only locks up every once in awhile. It was how I was sitting at work.

The last few months have been horrible. Gained 15 pounds. Up to 237. It is time to realize there is no slipping on my eatting life style. So... I'm back to 3fc.

Hi CrystalClod and Davisag. Sorry to hear about your back. My husband has back problems, and I see how it hinders him. I know that is a bad situation. What eating plan are you on?

Sorry to hear about your hysbands back problems Nursemom1223.
I am thinking of doing the 21 day jump start by denise austin. It worked for me when I was 21. It was easy to follow on a busy schedule as well.

Hello Davisag, how are things going getting back into your routine? I "finally" got back into my routine, I like doing Leslie Sansone walking videos. I had stopped exercising in August while I was finishing school and just got out of the habit. I am trying to get prepared to do them now. I was so excited that my BMI is 39, which gets me out of the "morbidly obese" category. Praise God! Can't wait to hit the next milestone. I hope all is well with you!

CrystalClod how is your progress?

Have a great day and check back with you soon!
