I went for a 3km walk to start this month off right. And I'll be doing some cardio in a half hour. I'll have exercised 6 days this week, really happy about that.

Starting off July by FINALLY getting under 210, I'm at 209.6, yay happy dance! Today is my off day so no workout today......maybe I might do some stuff on the stability ball but my legs are super sore today so they may need the break! Happy Friday everyone, have a great weekend!

Hello, All! Happy Canada Day and holy smokes I can't believe it's already Summer. I'm being a bit more realistic with my goal this month in the hope that I actually achieve it.

Starting weight: 198
Goal: 188

July 1: 1800 (well...it WAS a holiday. Plus, I said I would up my calorie goals because super low is proving un-maintainable over time)
