How is Everyone doing? I'm finally getting back on my food plan after being off since March 17, 2016. Good Luck, Everyone!

I have been on my food plan for two days now. I hadn't counted calories since March 17, 2016.

Onderland Goal by my birthday: April 26th... I am re-joining weight watchers come the beginning of the year. I'm at 230. Think I can do it?

Hi all! I'm moving down here as I've hit 219.4 today! Woohoo. I'm so excited to start pushing toward onederland!!! I didn't feel like it was even close at 273, where I started. Now I'm within spitting distance (or maybe 2-3 months from it). I'm so excited to meet you all and cheer you on here. To be honest, I haven't been below 200 lbs since my junior year in college. I'm over 15 years out of college. I so look forward to traveling from 219 to 199 with you all.

It's hard to believe we only have two more weeks to go until the New Year! This is the toughest time of the year to diet. But I will try to do good on more days then I do bad. I know Christmas and New Year's Eve and Day I won't count calories. But will try to eat smaller portions of food. Good Luck, Everyone!
