When I went to the doctor, earlier this month, all of my blood work looked good. He sent me to a dietitian. I saw her yesterday, for the first time, and she has taken my scale privileges away. I will weigh in on Tuesday (out of curiosity) and then my hubby is taken my scales. My weigh-ins, at least of the next 3 months, will be in her office only! My next appointment is June 20th. So, I'm praying that, with the info she gave me yesterday, I can see a drop the next time I go!!

Total loss for May is 9.4 lbs, and I made my goal of weighing 239. Yay!
