Another quick check in lol. I just came in from outside and boy is it hot. I don't think that Hazel and I will be going on our second walk.

akelly I'm originally from Arkansas but moved to Michigan as a small child and when ever I visit Arkansas, the heat is just too much for me lol. I stay indoors the whole time lol. I don't know if I missed it but how long are you going to be on your project?

Martine did you get your flowers planted? I did some yard work today and I'm exhausted. The heat really takes a lot out of me lol I think this year is the only year that I have worked so hard in my yard lol.

Happy Sunday!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend...a long 3 day weekend for those of us in the States

Scale was at 209 this morning which both shocks and makes me happy. While not a huge drop from 215, I haven't seen that number in a long time. My natural skepticism has kicked in

@Jb1975: Good on you to seek the help of a nutritionist. I think most of us can attest to scale obsession at one point or another. I know I have

@lovemylife001: Gotta love the Midwest I just returned from my home state, Nebraska, and the weather had turned hot and humid there as well. We were blessed with cool temps and overcast skies for the better part of the two weeks we were out at mom and dad's. We had a few thunderstorms as well. The last three days of our stay the sun was blazing and though it didn't get too hot, it was enough to send the humidity soaring. Boy were we glad to have only odds and ends to do by that time!

Many thanks @akelly728 Like yours, our family has a bit of dysfunction as well (honestly, whose family doesn't ). But we aren't the kind of family who fights over money and "stuff." We all have very different personalities and when you get us all together in a small house under duress, an argument or two is bound to happen. It did but we recovered pretty quickly.

I'm deciding on whether or not to go see the movie 'Love and Friendship' at our local art house movie theater. I want to, but the desire to crawl back in bed and sleep a few more hours also tempts me. We'll see.

A wonderful Sunday to all

loveofmylife001 yes we did plant flowers yesterday. We tried to do it before 1pm, before it got too hot. It's nice looking outside and seeing the colourful flowers.

Got in a long walk at the park with Loki this morning, before the rain. It's too hot right now to walk him for long. Today started out well but then we watched some movies and I ate popcorn. Did not need to eat popcorn. Made a poor choice. I'm responsible for what I eat and what I do with my body. I need to give myself a strong talking to.

Martine I know what you mean about giving yourself a talking to I gave myself one yesterday and decided that Monday I will be 100% back on plan, I've worked too hard to mess up everything. So today will be the last day of eating whatever I want So here's some for however needs it. I always feel so good when I stick to my plan and crummy when I don't lol. So I don't know why I go off plan

Never got around to actually typing a message in this browser that I've had open all morning. Oops!

Hope my American friends are enjoying their day off; bbq-ing in moderation!

I was at 212.6 this morning. Maintained more or less throughout the weekend. Still not getting in as much water as I should be though, but a definite improvement over before.

This month has been pretty rough. I have not been on the plan as I like to be... Going to restart June 01. Even though I will be going on Vacation goal is to stay with the plan.

Ending the month with another gain unfortunately. And a very crooked neck and sore upper left shoulder. It started on Sunday afternoon with just muscle pain, but since yesterday morning, I've had trouble turning my head. Needless to say no walking or exercising for me. It is starting to feel better today but I can feel the muscles still tense up. See you all in the next thread!

I started this month at 211.7 and ended today at 211.3. Had a number of ups and downs, and although it's technically a 0.4 loss, I see it more as I maintained through the month. Which in my mind isn't a bad thing. I travelled for work, I had a number of work-related events, and I went on vacation. Glad I don't have to "restart" yet again, but I will reset in my mind to ensure I'm making good decisions going forward.

Good Morning Everyone

I hope everyone had a great weekend and Memorial Day. Hazel and I had a wonderful walk this morning. I really need to start waking earlier to walk her before the

S-7 hours
E-10,000
B-Fiber One Cereal & banana
S-yogurt, strawberries
L-High Fiber Burrito
D-Salad

Martine Sorry to hear about your muscle pain, I hope you feel better soon

Kukkie I also have had the same ups and down but staying within the same range and I'm ok with that but really need to do better with the snacking.

Have a great day everyone. Let's have a great June

Ending the month at 209.6. My goal was 205 and while I didn't make it, my current weight is the closest I've come to meeting my goal...ANY goal, recently. The drop is a result of the 2 weeks of non-stop work helping to clear my parent's home, so it's not like I was on plan or suddenly got my together. Still, I'll take it.

Kukkie, don't sell yourself short. Maintaining is its own victory. Better than a gain, right?

@Martine: I'm so sorry to hear about your neck injury. It sounds so painful! I'm one of those folks who takes for granted how easily my feet walk, hands can type, and head turns that when those abilities become limited or painful, it really does change how you maneuver through life. I'm glad to hear that your pain is decreasing. Hopefully it will be gone soon Sending you good thoughts and

Everyone have a wonderful day! Moving over to the June thread!
