Hi everyone!

We've survived the "winter storm" over here! Not really a lot of snow happening this year, so I don't really mind...too much! No change for me, holding steady at 206.4. Had a late dinner last night. Came home from the exam and was starving, so I ate dinner at 9pm. Probably should have had something lighter, but hadn't had much throughout the day. Today, I'm lunching with one of my vendors, at a fabulous Italian restaurant up the street. Good food, but I'll have to choose wisely. At least the portion sizes aren't massive. Then I plan to leave work at a decent time today, so hoping to get in some cooking tonight. Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Everyone

Well the snow storm is over. Driving home yesterday was dangerous. There were so many cars in the ditches of the freeways. I was a wreck No snow today but we are expecting more tomorrow. Isn't it too late for snow lol Oh, well. Nothing new for me just staying on plan and trying to get my water in. Yesterday was really a struggle for me getting in my water I've already had 32 ounces today so I'm off to a good start!

KukkieEnjoy your lunch with your vendor. I love Italian food.

Hope everyone is having a great morning. I'll be back later

I have been fine, Rennie Thanks for asking. I guess I just been eating what ever I want. Not quite binging... just not tracking and snacking bad things. 204.8 this morning. Not sure what else to say. I was SO hungry yesterday! And not just like munchies, my tummy would growl too. It was odd. Anyway hope today is better.

Curvy, what a great way to end your day yesterday Well I can join you on the crabby part. I have been that way for about two weeks now. Glad you all don't have to come face to face with me . I just feel like I don't want to be bothered and every little thing is getting to me so I just keep my music playing, speak and keep on moving. It looks like TOM missed me last month so maybe that's the issue. I never know when it's coming, oh well. The weather was nice here yesterday also. It's a little chillier today with plenty of wind. I'll take it over snow and ice any day

Krystal those are my sleeping hours except I get up at 1:15am. I've been taking a 3 hour nap every day though because I've been pooped after work. I use to have that lurking TOM thing when I got the depo shot. Drove me nuts. Hoping things even out for you soon.

Joe glad you're here. I thought I was gonna have to come find you via PM/search, lol. Yeah after I read that I thought nope not suitable and I don't want you to leave my Friend. Well shoot, looks like you are already doing better. GO YOU Here's to a great month and I don't have to tell you but I will ... You've got this

Kukkie loving the way you sound. Enjoy your lunch

Trina yes we are gonna say it's time to stop snowing hope it works It always amazes me at the number of people in ditches and twisted around in the road when it snows. I put my flashers on and take my time. I am in no hurry to go anywhere. I was thirsty today but I think it's because our manager is back from vacation and the heat was on. He walks around all day with his coat on and we are burning up I've had 3 bottles already. We're doing well there, huh!

DayDreamer, I've been eating whatever for the most part also. Yesterday I did well and today started off well. Then I stopped at the grocery store and the cookies and cheddar fries grabbed me by the shoulder, extended my arm, my hand opened and in the cart they went. I'll add it all up on MFP though. I know I've blown my day but oh well ... maybe tomorrow I can get it right Oh I also bought some turnip and mustard greens that I am blanching now Hope your day is better

Ciao to the thread

well I had a 1.1lb loss down to 171.9 ...

B~ 1 egg with yellow squash and onion,, 1/2 piece of a whiting fillet
S~ Atkins snack bar
then the grocery store ~ cheddar fries, 6 strawberry leaf cookies, 2 chocolate chip cookie (so far) store baked so they say, a few grapes, a Jamaican beef pie

I'm about to open my 4th bottle of water so that will be 67.6ozs so far

Hello everyone!

So I'm coming back after having a c-section a few weeks ago and welcoming another member to the family!
Weighing in daily because I've noticed I've been losing weight rapidly (was 205-something last week.)

Started tracking my calories to see if that's effecting the rapid loss at all or if it just has something to do with my c-section and my body getting back to normal.

No, I am bottle feeding. I just got over having my period-like blood loss a few days ago, so that could be part of it. But I don't have my 6-week checkup until the end of March so I'm trying to pinpoint if its perhaps my eating habits or moreso just my body getting back into the swing of things.

Edit: and thank you for the congratulations!

Good morning all

I realized I didn't set a March goal so I decided on 200 pounds even! Eight to nine pounds in 31 days; that can be done right?!

@Ciao! Am I going to have to have a C-section to lose my weight . Somehow, I knew it was going to have be something drastic . Seriously, congratulations on your weight loss and your new addition. Your home must be filled with indescribable joy!

@DayDreamer26 and love2b150: May I join the " been whatever I want" club? Perfect description of me right now. And I wonder why the scale doesn't budge

Joe! Glad you checked in and that you're ready for our own version of March Madness . Rennie, happy that you didn't have to form a search party to find our dear Joe!

@K9Owner: Our sleep patterns are similar except I fall asleep in front of the television after dinner, will wake up and doze off again only to FINALLY drag myself to bed by 11:30 or midnight. Then I'm usually up by 5 or 5:30 to get ready for work Ugh! Not good at all. . I wish I could point to hormone issues. They haven't reared their head...yet! Unfortunately, after a bad break-up a couple of years ago I got into a bad sleeping pattern that I haven't worked very hard to change. Wayyyy over the break-up but still struggling with my relationship with sleep And the irony is, I'm a world-class, A #1 sleeper!

Oh my Ciao on the loss of Aunt Flo (so rapid) but you're right that could be it also, idk. It's been 12 years for me so I am clueless.

Nope Curvy, can't allow you into that club! I need to be kicked out Ha me too on the wondering why Good for you on sleeping. Maybe when I have normal hours it will improve Oh and you can definitely shave off 8-9lbs in 31 days I would say I'm gonna do it with you but nope. I just want to get to the 160's and stay but you can do it, GO for it Curvy

Coming to report a major NSV! Went to lunch, and yes I had pasta. But I didn't have a single morsel of bread. I'm so proud of myself! I loveeeee bread, especially at an Italian restaurant. But I didn't touch it! Yipppeeeee.

Ciao congratulations on your new addition. Did you have a boy or a girl?

curvy I'm going to copy you. And make 200 my goal. Ideally 199.9, but I think a 7lb loss in 31 days should be doable for me too. Let's do it together!!!!

Rennie hey girl

bigjoe your numbers are looking good.

Kukkie84 congrats on eating sensibly at lunch. I love bread too, all kinds of bread, so I know how hard it is to say no.

Since Wednesday I've been fighting off the flu coming on. I am achy, coughing on and off during the day and lethargic. But it really feels like m body is fighting it, because it's not full-blown. I hope I don't get the flu for real. I hate being sick.

01: 233.0
02: 233.0
03: 232.6

Good morning everyone!

I mean to log on here and do some replies every day, but things keep jumping up and distracting me. I finished February with a loss of 15.6 lbs, so I'm happy about that. I seem to be back to slow little losses (0.4 yesterday), but I've set my March goal at 225 which means 13.8 lbs. It's a little less than February, and I have a few more days to do it since we get 31 this month. The real challenge will be that my son and I are taking a trip to Disney from the 16th to the 22nd. It's going to be very hard to resist all the temptations there, but I will do my best. What has everyone else set for a goal this month?

Kukkie – It is really hard to believe that it is March already; we’ve had such a nice easy winter that it seems to have breezed by. Last year at this time I just wanted to die, I was so sick of being cold. I hope you did well at the Italian restaurant…I just can’t go in them while dieting…there is nothing for me there except temptation and self loathing, lol.

Curvynotlumpy -- I’m kind of bloated and crabby to start the month too…I hate feeling this way and hate what it does to my weight loss.

Rennie -- How are you?

Martine -- I hope you feel better quickly!

Breakfast: 4 oz cantaloupe, 1 protein bar, tea (258 Calories)
Lunch: 5 oz green salad, 1 tbsp greek dressing, 4 oz gyro, 1 LC pita (437Calories)
Dinner: 4 oz roasted chicken breast, 3 oz broccoli, 3 oz cauliflower, 1 LC pita, 2 tbsp tzatziki (430 Calories)
Total 1126 Calories
