I hope everyone is having a stellar Thursday. April Fool's tomorrow

I've come down with a bad cold that has left me sneezing, my throat dry and scratchy and wanting to sleep. I'm not sick at all, thank goodness, just run down. The last two days I've been tempted to stay in bed. Lots of folks seem to have the same and I wonder if the dramatic change in temperatures we've had these past two weeks contributed. Seventy degree temps one day, forty degrees the next

@FieryCupcake: Nice to see you Congrats on staying on track with your eating. Hopefully you'll see even more decrease in your flaring joints so you can get back to exercising.

@Angie: Still drinking your water? With the onset of my cold I'm getting more water in than I have been so that's a positive. Too bad it takes a cold to get me to hydrate

@bigjoe: hitting goal! You continue to slay the weight dragon, Joe! I think you approach getting off and on track in just the right way. One meal and no excuses

@Kukkie84: Yay for classes completed and a more flexible schedule ahead! It's great to have time related goals and I have no doubt you will meet them in time for your vacation. You got this!

@lovemylife001: Send some of that precious my way! The elliptical is one of my favorite gym apparatuses. or Trina gets her workouts in

NP Curvy , I've been on but I guess my post were overlooked . It's been a tad sporadic but I've been here All is well, thank you and I hope you get/feel better soon I do think that a lot of people aren't well because of the different temps also. Here I've needed the heat on the way to work and the window open or a/c on when I get off
