I think I was a bit overzealous in my hope for 20 lbs lost in this challenge but I am seeing a consisted 1.5 -2 lbs lost a week for the last 4 or 5 weeks. I know I should be proud of that but with so much to lose I was hoping for faster results My goal for the rest of the challenge is to work out more consistently and eat on a better schedule. I notice some days I don't eat until 2 or 3 in the afternoon and almost never have a loss the next day. I'm really hoping this challenge can keep me accountable and on track

Kim on a great weight in for you tomorrow Thanks Kim for the well wish the scale is going down finally. I had an OP day yesterday and today has been good also. I have a terrible head cold so I think that has something to do with it also. I just don't want a whole lot to eat. What I have eaten has been healthy and not junk food for a change so maybe the cold is helping me get it together. Let's hope I can stay OP till the next weigh in but without the cold

Curvy, I just noticed that I will probably be back at my starting weight tomorrow for this challenge also ... oh well it's better than that 8lb up that I had last week

Kim, you're doing great, I'm sure you'll make goal by the first oh salt has been my issue today, smh

Thanks Nici I am feeling a little better each day but now my youngest son is getting sick Ha Nici, that is how I'm feeling about TOM ... either come or leave me altogether. This is the third time I have experienced a missed cycle and when it does come it lingers. Drives me nuts. The only good thing is that when it does finally come I get rid of all of this bloat and my jeans fit like they should I made most of my days count until today ... I believe I have had too too many carbs. Gonna go to MFP when I finish catching up here to see my damage in black and white

flower you have now made your bonus goal also right? Way to GO YOU!! I need your will and drive for sure

I've been so far off plan this weekend. I still kept a small deficit but not nearly as big of one as usual. I blame good pizza and stuffed potatoes (or my lack of willpower is more to blame lol). But, I only ate one slice of pizza which beats the 4 I used to, and put a lot less meat and only a half serving of cheese in the potatoes but forgot to add brocolli. I'll make it up this week hopefully to make goal.
