I am a widow (as of 12/25/14), 48 years old, I have one daughter and three grandchildren. (2 girls 5yr and 3yr and 1 boy 15 mths). I was born and raised in small town Alabama and I have been living in BIG TOWN Las Vegas, Nevada since 1999.
I am 35 years old, born and raised in New England, USA. I now live in a small country in Europe. I've been married for 16 years and we have four children ranging in age from 16 to 4 years old and one angel baby (December 19, 2015).
I'm a housewife and we have a few pets! Two dogs, three cats, and six gerbils.
I've been struggling with my weight since I was a tween and it really got out of control starting about 8 years ago when I came down with mono and could hardly get out of bed. My health problems sort of spiraled deeper and deeper, but fortunately last year was the year where I found the answer to many problems. I was lactose intolerant, I had chronic anemia, a severe vitamin D deficiency, and I was estrogen dominant.
Now that I have been able to sort out 3 of the 4 problems, I feel excellent. I am looking forward to solving the 4th problem, hopefully naturally by losing weight, and I will be able to carry another child and not miscarry.

Hi everyone. I am 35, soon to be 36. Born and raised in southwest Virginia. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have 3 children, 2 boys ages 4 and 16, and a 15 year old girl. We share our little home with 2 spoiled rotten pitbulls, Jessie &Jake. I am a stay at home, homeschooling mom and I enjoy reading, sewing, and cooking.
I lost quite a bit of weight about 10 years ago and got down to 180. I slowly regained all of the lost weight plus about 20 lbs. I'm tired of feeling like crap all the time and not being able to find cute clothes that fit properly. I am done with the excuses and am ready to shed this weight for good.
I look forward to getting to know everyone as we take this journey to better health
