I'm gonna give the getting up a try. If it doesn't work then I will have to do what my husband thinks is better for me and go to the gym after work and then exercise before bed in the evening
Trina from you I'm gonna take no eating after 6pm.
Gonna try for 6 bottles of water per day

LittleBlueCat, I failed in January also. I gained 5.3lbs a repeat of January 2015 when I gained 5.2lbs same thing new year
