Haven't checked in in a while. I'm down to 208.8 this morning. Japanese tonight is not gonna be good for that number. But, I'm celebrating my oldest son's 21 birthday so I'm not gonna worry about it. Moderation!!!

Hey, all.

I'm down to 202.2 this morning. I can NOT wait to be in ONEDERLAND!!! I've been flirting with it for a month. I've been playing hard to get but I'm ready to be done with that!

I'm hoping to be there by this time next week!!!

I lost 5 pounds between mid November and early April. 5 pounds!!! I was so frustrated and did a fast to reset myself. Unfortunately, my easing my body back into foods, after 22 days without solid food, did worse for me than if I had eaten. I spiked up to 215 (still 15 pounds lost on the fast) and I'm just now getting leveled off! So, I know how frustrating it is!!

UGH!! I spiked back up to 207.6! And my dietitian took my scale privilege away! Starting on Tuesday, I am only allowed to weigh in once a month. At least that is the plan for the next 3 months.
