Saw 189.8 after I kicked my scale once, but not since - maybe I need to threaten it more often.
We're taking the kids skating for Valentine's Day
My husband is an awful skater (I'm better now than when I was a kid - weird - but still not great) but he knows that I enjoy dinner out more if it's balanced with exercise. He's been traveling for work, so we're doing family time for Valentine's Day & will hopefully get a date night next weekend!
