Thanks imthegoddess ... I'm not going for my assessment today ... my husband had a flat on the way to work last night and no tire rod ... I'm tired and I finally have a day off so I want to do things when I want

Thanks Rennie! I never know how long it will take to lose the water gains (or if they are even water), but hopefully I can still make my goal. Good for you joining a gym! You definitely don't want to go when you are tired. Go slow and be careful when you do if you are a newbie. The machines can be tricksters.

ImtheGoddess - Good goal with the stairs! Great for the behind, too.

Have a great on plan weekend everyone!

...well, my daily weigh-ins have lots of ups and downs, so my loss was actually only about 3lb, but that is SooperDeeDooper Fantastagoric for me, so I'll take it!
