Thanks Rennie! I never know how long it will take to lose the water gains (or if they are even water), but hopefully I can still make my goal. Good for you joining a gym! You definitely don't want to go when you are tired. Go slow and be careful when you do if you are a newbie. The machines can be tricksters.
