I unfortunately did not lose anything all week long. I am not sure what is up with that as I have stuck faithfully to 1,200 calories. I will hang in there and see what happens though. Something has to shift eventually!

Goldana, your calorie intake may be too low. You may be eating at maintenance. That's what happened to me when I started. I had to up my calorie to 1600 and the scale started to move. Or you can try calorie cycling. Check out the different true weight site and the calorie cycling sites for ideas. Just a thought Best of luck to you
