Well the month is almost over. On Nov 01, I decided to start LC diet again. I started out at 316 lbs.. My goal was only to lose 4 lbs and get to 312 lbs. I must say in the past my diet would last a week and then I move on to another diet. One thing I learn is to stay with the diet for more then a week before switching... lol.. The A72 has helped. Goal zero carbs but I must say there was always some carbs coming in but this I believe gave me a jump start. So far so good, This morning I was at 307.4. Did not expect that even with a cheat meal. But I am still here doing it. Final weight in for the month will be on Monday then starts a new month.

Just a quick drive by for me. Scale reads 203 pounds on the nose. I can hardly believe it but I actually weigh less after the holiday than going into it It certainly helps when you're invited TO Thanksgiving dinner and the only thing you're responsible for is an appetizer . What that meant for me was one reasonable plate of leftovers sent home with me by the hosts. This food that will be eaten tonight. After they are gone there are no difficult decisions about containers of food. This was probably the first Thanksgiving in a couple of years where I did not overeat or have seconds. I was full but not stuffed. Now, I need to keep this up!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and is enjoying their weekend

Glad this month is over, not much of a success for me. But had a good workout with weights to start my day and that's what matters. I must get back to regular exercise if I'm going to make this weight goal.

I wasn't on here much last week, overworked and stressed out about preparing our work Christmas party, which went really well. But now it's back to regular life for me.

Hope everyone is doing well and that we'll all be there in December!

I understand what yur saying. I did very well over thanksgiving day from the past. As a matter of fact I find it is getting easier to avoid negative foods. I just need to find ways to be more creative.

Ended the month with a 2lb gain, and I didn't even have Thanksgiving over here!!! It's okay though, joined weight watchers. December is going to be a great month and January will be the beginning of a brand new year (literally )

Good Monday Morning Everyone

I hope that everyone had a great weekend Well back to work for me today. I really enjoyed my vacation and already looking forward to having the week of Christmas off

I've already done some Cyber Monday shopping today. I'm usually done with Christmas shopping by now, so I'm way behind.

Martine I'm glad that your Christmas party went well. I understand the stress of planning a Christmas party lol. My manager and I are responsible for the party this year for 261 people, so to say the least I'm overwhelmed also. I just can't wait until it's over. I actually have to finalize everything with the caterer today and see how the decorating committee is doing.

Kukkie84 You're going to do great on weight watchers. It's a good program and you can eat real everyday food.

I hope all is well with everyone else. Where's love2b150 it's time for our new thread lol and I love her titles.

I ended the month with only a 2 Lbs lost. That's pathetic. It didn't help I was out of town and had three turkey dinners! I set my weight loss to high in November. I will try to be more realistic for December. Good Luck, Everyone!
