Miss you Rennie!!

Thanks
Alicia, miss you too, glad you're back
I like your input on breaking even. If I did that then I would only have to focus on 6.7lbs. Thanks
Alicia, you made me feel better and this is more doable
Though I still want to reach goal by 4/14/16

love2b150 on the 2.2lbs. That's awesome. Keep up the good work!
The scale is not moving for me in either direction. I'm expecting TOM soon, so that may be the problem. I have done my 2 fast of 500 cal, just one more day.
Hope everyone has a great day!

Thera-flu has always worked for me also ... and thanks for the comment. However I quickly fell off the wagon right after, smh

to you, well done.
Now how many lbs did you drop during the 3 days?

you're good, I love love love cake (unless it has nuts, coconut or fruit, then it can stay there and candy would stay at the job because I'd eat it riding down the highway
. Unless it was stuff like, skittles and the like. I can't stand the way that stuff smells when the kids open it, yuk
lovemylife, good for you on not eating any of that at the party today, boy do I wish I had your will

Curvy I know, but I hate to get thrilled about water weight, eventhough that number sure does look pretty on the scale

@love2b150: Sometimes you just can't ignore those days and weeks when you find yourself a perpetual motion machine Self-care is important especially for those with children and significant others. Really, for all of us. It's almost impossible to take care of anyone else if you aren't cared for so I hope that you're able to catch your breath every so often and distance yourself from the activity.
|
Curvy, Good job on the new low
.... thanks, I've said that to the kids and they say, We'll take care of you ... I think LOL until you (they) need something. They are growing up so fast ... the one thing they will never say is that I wasn't here for them. They only complain when I'm on 3Fc too long and I've promised to do something with one of them
I'm truly blessed
Curvy, don't care for the rain especially since it's been cold and rainy. However I'm with you on the sleeping. I sleep so much better. I also like this time of year since it gets dark early I don't feel like I'm sleeping during the day, eventhough I still really am
but it helps me
Congrats on your 1000 miles

Martine this is ME 100%, though I haven't done any formal exercise in awhile. I had off yesterday and I cleaned from 5am till 3pm, .... kids.

Woke up in the 220s for the first time in 4 years ( back then it happened after I had an operation followed by a pulmonary embolism - not a good way to lose weight). Don't know if it will stick, but I am enjoying the moment.

I'm trying
Martine, thanks
... YAY on the 220's GO YOU
I would have loved to have seen your Christmas tree costume. Maybe keep working on it and you'll be ready for Christmas and can still use it for something

Had taken hubby's card last night, but then misplaced it. Went nuts looking for that. My son had pajama day at preschool today, but didn't get why he couldn't wear his slippers and had to wear his rainboots. All in all, just a frantic morning. But I feel good. Went to the gym after work yesterday, felt great when I left there. This morning, I somehow managed to throw together a decent lunch so I wouldn't buy something at the cafeteria. I'm going to try to just make good decisions for the rest of the week and then weigh in at the end. But who am I kidding, I'll probably be on the scale tomorrow morning.

this sounds like one of my days and LOL on not getting on the scale in your mind at the moment, knowing you'll be drawn to it in the a.m.
you'll be fine at dinner this evening
...
for you for the weekend, with treats and festivities
For those talking about rain, we've had our share here also and my husband had the nerve to complain about the sun today ... does he not realize that this is a great sunny day and it is now in the 60's not the 40's, geesh, smh
