Hey everyone! Just joining you all and hoping to be out of here an on to the 240's before too long. I am at 257.2 today and would love to get to 249 by the end of August. I'm doing Keto for the first time, although I've done other low carb plans, and the first few days have gone really well.
Down .2 today...but after some big losses, I'll take it! I can't believe I'm losing weight on this diet...I know this is the honeymoon phase and I'll be sick to death of everything soon, but I'm loving what I'm eating lately.
Ok, hit 249.4 today and hope it sticks. I will be back if I bounce back up else I will move on to the next level. I just spent 8 days bouncing between 250 and 251 but I knew this would be a tough weight to 'break' EDIT 8/25-still under with a small bounce up.
Officially leaving and going to the "getting out of 240s" group after 4 days in a row.

I am so excited. Have not gone above 250 since and am now at 246.8! I am hoping for 245 by labor day but we all know that our body is going to figure out what to do with the scale and we just need to keep doing what is right
Okay 250-260's people -- where you? How is your WOE or WOL working? Who's getting close to a milestone?
I'm at 253 today and I can't wait to get just a bit further. I just reread a post from 2011 when I was at 200.4 and about to hit Onederland -- which made me wonder how I got back here, but also reminded me that I've done this before and I can do it again.
