I understand! Today I have been digging into the bag of chocolate chips (because I don't keep candy in the house lol). 2 or 3 at a time, which means I have had about 2 T so far today. I also caved and had a Jimmy John's Sandwich for dinner. The plus side there is that it was so salty that I could only eat half of it, which means I did stay in my calorie budget for the day. I hope the salt doesn't stay with me all week!!

Hello all. I was trying to be at least semi-regular here a while back and fell hard off the wagon. Though I had been using scales that each weighed me differently, I know I have gained some. I found my reliable scale packed in a box and I have been using it for the past couple of months. I have been back on my low carb plan for about 10 days now and the scale is moving in the right direction again. I am doing a weight loss competition with my coworkers and that has motivated me. It helps to stay on track with everyone around you is also motivated. I have been walking pretty consistently for the past few weeks, and just started doing week 1 of couch to 5k this week. Has anyone done that before? I think I would really enjoy running and participating in races if I can get my body in shape to do so. My goal is to remember to check in here more often so I can stay motivated.

Welcome, gagirl! I'm glad to see you! I was very active here several years ago, then backslid and came back heavier than ever! I get so much encouragement here, and hope that we see lots of you!

How is everyone else doing? It's been quiet for a few days. I'm doing well, my knee is healing, and I'm at 250.2 YAY!

A question for the group - I am about to graduate down, but there is no one left in the 240 group . Would anyone care if I hung out here to have someone to talk to until you all join me there? If it is a problem for anyone, I understand.

Check in everyone, I want to hear how you are!

Brandnewday...I'd love to graduate with you You are more than welcome to stick around, as long as we don't encourage you to gain
I had an "off" day eating wise yesterday. Damn French fries. lol. I had a great treadmill walk yesterday morning, so thankfully the fries didn't show on the scale this morning.
gagirl - welcome This site holds me accountable, that's what I love about it. I don't always check in everyday, but feel guilty if I don't! I haven't been around long, but have enjoyed it thus far.
Have a great day, everyone!!

Thanks for the welcome back. Our competition at work is only a month long and today was our halfway point. We are going by percentage lost, not pounds, which makes it more fair for everyone. I have lost 2.7% since last Monday and I'm happy with that. Nothing like friendly competition to keep you motivated.

Brandnewday, you are more than welcome to stick around here. Seeing your 240 numbers will be encouraging.

Hi LADIES!!!
I started a great new job last week, I have to get up at 5 am! And, I have not yet established a routine, so, I was not able to check this board. I have been on my plan wonderfully, but still at a stall. Have not been intermittent fasting, though, again, trying to establish a routine. I'm OK with a stall, as long as it doesn't go back in the 270s, I am willing to wait for the drop.

Brandnewday - of course you can hang out here! I would post on the other thread, maybe there are people waiting to get there and think no one is there, you know? I'm SO proud of you!!!

Yall have a wonderful day!

Sassypants: go up to the top purple bar and click UserCP. Then on the left bar click Edit Signature. Go into your signature and erase your old weight and enter your new one. Then save.

Thanks everyone, for letting me stay!

Nursemom, congrats on the new job. Changes in routine really throw me, here's hoping your find your groove real soon. I did post in the 240's and someone did come out to play, so that's good!

GaGirl, I haven't participated in any weight challenges other than on message boards. I'll bet it's fun.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Checking in, hope yall are doing well. I am not going to weigh for May, "No weigh May" LOL. I'm hoping that will help me concentrate on other things besides if I've had a "good day" or a "bad day" by what the number says. This will be a challenge for me, bc I weigh daily. But, I'm sure I can do it!

Hey, hope everyone is well. I am hoping to see the scale go down soon. I am still at 260, which means I haven't gained so that's a good thing. I really want to get to 255 and meet that 5% mini goal. Hopefully I'll be there within the next few weeks. My nephew graduates from high school next week and I dread being in pictures, but I'm glad I'm at least down 40 pounds from this time last year.

Hi everyone!

I'm stuck, and can't seem to get moving weight-wise. Still sticking to plan, but getting frustrated at lack of results.

Good wishes and willpower to all of you!
