It would appear that I ended both July and August at 207.8. Maintaining through an insane wedding season isn't the worst thing, but I'm ready to shed some serious pounds now. Let's get it done!!!

My month of "just trying to survive life" cost me 4 lbs. I'm starting September 4 lbs higher than I started August. My depression is (at the moment) better. My stress level is (at the moment) better. Things are a long way from good, but I've crawled out of my hole. Ready to refocus.

I'm in and am hoping for 15 pounds this month. I aimed for 20 last month and fell a bit short but still had a good loss!

Congratulations to all of the LOSERS, MAINTAINERS ... you did great and the GAINERS like me ... we are doing well because we are still here (in my case most of the time )

I ended August with a 3.9lb gain. So far today I have had a pretty on point day. I am so hoping to keep it up.
