Happy - Why do you say you might need to find something else? Because lemme tell you, NO ONE likes running at the start . Took me at least a month to understand why people would want to run. Congrats on your loss!!
that's EXACTLY it. I want to want to run. I just don't really want to...
The pace is walk for 2 minutes, then run/jog for 1 for a total of 8 times running. The first 3 were no problem. The 4th was tough. The 5th and I was DONE. 2 days later and my knees are still gripping at me. I think I need to find a track instead of just around the neighborhood.
Happy - I started running at a time before the C25K program was popular, but that's essentially what I did to start running. It suuuucks to begin with, I really really get it! I actually cried on my first try because I thought I would be ok but I really wasn't! My best advice would be to give it a good go, you might need to purchase some supportive shoes. Do you know what your pronation is when you run?
If you still want to join the challenge then please go to the first post for the rules + the link to the spreadsheet! If you were already part of the challenge but your information is gone, it's because you haven't weighed in for more than 2 weeks. If you want back in the challenge, please ask me to add you back in.

Just wanted to give a heads up, I'll be out of town on the weekend of October 9-11 and won't be able to weigh in on my normal Saturday/Sunday. I'm going to have to skip that week!
Hi Riestrella, I'm joining late. I put all of my previous Friday weigh-ins on there to see my stats. I will add this Friday's weigh in on for this coming Monday's spreadsheet. Thanks for starting. Hoping to lose two pounds per week.
keeping up with the challenge.. bit of a slow month in Sept.. need 10lb in October.. has been done before so fingers x'd I can get the weight shifting again.
It's October! Anyone else ready for the Autumn weather to come?! I'm very much a warm blooded creature, summer tends to be a bit unpleasant for me.

Fickle - Please right click the cell that you won't be weighing in, click "insert note" and write a brief message to say that you're not weighing in. Where are you going?
love2b150 - Welcome! Thanks for inputting your previous weights!
PurpleJ - A good, consistent routine is the key to shifting weight! Slip ups happen but it's important not to be out of the game for too long . You're doing an awesome job, keep it up!

Ugh! Sorry, Riestrella. I did log my weight today but put it in the wrong week I forgot that the Monday date is for the week not necessarily the weigh in day. I'll go back and correct.
Geez, miss one week and I'm all out of rhythm for how these things get done
