Checking in at the end of this month at 243.4 lbs. Still not out of the thread but doing alright. How have you all been doing thus far?
------------------------------
Gemini6: Oh, I get the carb hangover thing...I had a mishap with some restaurant bread in the last full week of March, and it took me several days to recover from it on the scale, lol. I was even under my calories, but those macros slowed me waaaay down!
Uglydoll87: In that case, welcome back to 3FC and welcome to the thread!
I had a whoosh that brought me down to 238.6 back on the 6th, but I have been giving it a few days to settle itself out as it has been bouncing back and forth in the 239 range...wasn't sure if it would pop back over into the 240s. But, it has remained under the 240 mark so far and has slowly started to move back down with a weigh-in of 239.2 today, so I am calling it official and moving down into the next thread!
See you guys over there soon, since I know you all won't be far behind me!
I'm starting here at 240 or maybe 241. I'm surprised by this number since I'm usually in the 230s. I noticed I've been getting out of breath more easily and walking outside has been getting harder.
I had been 215 for my wedding 12/3/16 (Down from 251). Within a month after the wedding I was 225. Then I hung out in the 230s for a while. Now I'm at 245, and I feel defeated. I haven't been trying hard to eat better. I keep pushing off exercising. I need to get motivated. I need to take back control.
Laura I read some of your other posts and just want to say you have my deepest sympathies.
You are going through a lot right now and I am so impressed that you are continuing on with your weight loss journey. In the past difficult times always threw me off the wagon.
I too have made it to the 240's, and hope we will both be in the 230's thread soon.
Thank you Ubee! You are doing fantastic! I was worried that I might get derailed from all this but when I did eat my old foods, they did not have the same satisfaction they once did. I slowly returned to my Medifast program and did not pressure myself to 100% compliance. Comfort food no longer gave me comfort.
