Kittens, we will get there. It may not be as soon as we want, but we know we can do it. My husband's company had a family picnic with lots of food and cotton candy so of course I did poorly there. I feel like I'm back on track now. I'm changing my eating plan slightly to allow myself more carbs, but only in the form of greek yogurt for breakfast. I have decided I would like to lose 5% every two months. I think that is a reasonable amount. If I am eating well and exercising and happen to lose more, that's ok too. We'll see how this plan goes, but I have decided not to beat myself up if I don't get out of the 240's until the end of September. Slow and steady.
