tongirl02 huge congratulations on reaching your monthly goal!
loveofmylife001 another 2 pounds gone forever, feels good to say it
love2b150 really nice seeing you again. I don't know any foods that are appetite suppressants, but drinking a LOT of water definitely fills you up and keeps you hydrated, which usually curbs appetite.
So this last week of August, I only exercised twice and I started going back to my old habits of not planning my lunches and skipping meals or eating whatever, whenever (but still no junk food). I have a scheduled colonoscopy on Friday and I am repeating a pattern that I identified 2 years ago when I had to go in for a biopsy of my cervix: the procedure weighs heavily on my mind, I try to pretend it's not and that everything is ok, but I am concerned and worried and it's as if my brain shuts off and I stop living normally.
But this morning I got up and exercised and I will pack a healthy lunch and move forward. Dreading the couple of days before the colonoscopy though, seriously no fruits/cereal/whole grains? That's my whole food plan right there lol
