I keep thinking if I go on Nutri-systems or any plan that the food is prepared for you for about a week I'd do better. But I can't afford that.
Curvy, I think that is what I do sometimes without thinking (IF) but then I mess it up and go on a binge
I really need to get past my lunch time. If I can do that them I will have much success. That is my fall/failure time, smh.

LGW, I wonder if that's what I do is mistake dehydration for hunger. They say we should drink a full glass of water before we eat and I know this but never do it. I like your notes to self
Well the scale is moving. I'm down to 173.2 and I am truly not sure how. I have not eaten OP once this week after breakfast. No matter what I try I still blow it where my eating is concerned
