Rennie, its tough to admit but I'm up 80 pounds from my lowest in 2010. Up 20 since the start of the year. However, I'm down 8 pounds since June 1 - so I'm working on it
Martine, way to go on the workouts! I worked out Saturday and Sunday - I need to workout during the week but I'm just so tired after 12 hour workdays
I need to MAKE time, not try and find time - it will never be found!!
Luvtob150, this thread is a really good idea! I've never participated in a daily weigh-in thread so I'm interested in charting my weight somewhere other than my personal log.
Martine, great job on those workouts. Keep up the good work I told my boys we have to start going to the gym again. I hate to go but when I get done, I feel soo good
colleengirl and to the thread
Gina, to the thread, glad to have you. ... nice system (plan) you have
erowley, back to the forums
Alicia, I hear you on admitting the #lbs up. I think the hardest thing is seeing it in writing . I keep thinking "What in the world am I doing? and Why do I keep doing it ... Congrats on the 8lbs in June, that's great Go YOU I like this --> I need to MAKE time, not try and find time - it will never be found!!
Hi Kris, I need to go back to checking my FBS, hopefully it doesn't scare me
Hey Curvy, good to see you
Well I am starting July off down 1.5 down from yesterday. I'm trying to cut the carbs, increase my water and get more rest/sleep. I am hoping to get back to the gym this month also
I know this is off topic, but wanted to share in case any of you love Scentsy. It's Scentsy's birthday! Discounts starting at 50% off! Great time to stock up on gifts - Full-size warmers as low as $12. WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!
I do not weigh-in on Fridays and Saturdays. However, I will weigh in on July 31 (Friday) for the sake of the thread
SW July 1- 276.6
GW July 31- 266-270 *if I keep up my current loss of 2 lbs a week I may be able to reach 266, but I will be fine only landing at 270.
All weigh-ins are done with a digital scale in the morning between 8:30 & 11:30 before breakfast.
1: 276.6
2: 276.8 - pretty sure it's water weight since I didn't go over my calories and I did my cardio the day before. Keeping an eye on the fluctuations this week.
5: 274.4 - End of week 1.
6: 274.4
7: 274.2
8: 274
9: 272.8 - the scale read 272.2 at first but I like to weigh myself 3 times just to make sure. The last 2 times were 272.8. Majority wins :P
12: 272 - End of week 2.
13: 270.6 - I weighed 5 times to make sure. I still don't trust it so I'll give it a few days.
14: 271.4 - VERY sore muscles this week. Out of the blue, actually. C'mon water; repair those muscles!
15: 271
16: 271.4 - Legs aren't sore anymore. Yay!
19: 272 - End of Week 3. This week was an interesting one. On to week 4!
20: 271.4
21: 271
22: 270.2
23: 269.8
26: 269.6 - End of Week 4.
27: 268.2
28: 268.6
29: 268.2
30: 267.6
31: 268

July starting weight: 217.5
Goal weight: 4-8lb loss: 209-213
1~217.5
I'm going to Phoenix for the weekend and I vow not to have a repeat of Vegas. Well, Phoenix does not have margarita slurpees with tequila in 50 oz football containers...so this should not be a problem :-)
I'm catching the bus (6h)...I despise driving and the airport...:-(
I went to the grocery store and loaded up on fruit, trail mix, granola, yogurt, cheese, etc for the trip. I plan on a large protein omelette before I hit the road and hopefully every morning I'm there and WATER!!! I may as well decide now that I will have 1 piece of dessert on the holiday...if I don't plan it now...it may be a disaster! Maybe I can even get a walk in with the family in the mornings!
My goal is to at least maintain Friday's weight when I return on Monday :-)
I'm going to need check-in this month for sure - school holidays can either be a super productive time for me, or a disaster. Hoping to keep this one on course with lots of activity and a reloaded diet. Here I will track daily weight and from 6th July, when work is truly over, my exercise regime. Good luck for July, all.
