Default Got To Have It!!

What is your one "got to have" food when you are dieting? Something you can or do eat everyday.

I have a few. Some I don't eat every single day but at least 4 or 5 times a week.

Nonfat Greek yogurt
Edamame
Berries - fresh or frozen
Raw veggies for snacks

Oatmeal. I love it, low in calories, but keeps me full for ages. So cheap and so versatile!

Mine is dieting or even if I was not trying to lose weight. It sounds funny to say, but beans. I have always loved black eyed peas and other beans. I just have to be mindful of the serving size, and how they are cooked.

It will probably sound funny but ice chips are a must I chew on it through out the day, and my water has to be ice cold to drink.

I gave up dieting a long time ago lol Once I stopped dieting, I lost weight go figure ha ha But my staples are 3-minute steel cut oats (chewy goodness in 3 minutes not 30! score!), cottage cheese - i love that freakin' stuff! it tastes like it's soooo bad for you lol and any fresh beautiful fruit or veg i want, no matter what outrageous price. I never blinked paying 9$ for a crappy takeout dinner, so i don't worry about spending $5 on a glorious fruit salad if i feel like it!
